What can I say about this surprisingly great film? A lot! In this Chick Flick Chat, I discuss not only the excellent performance by an outstanding ensemble cast but also the suburb direction of Sarah Polley. The actresses work seamlessly together, with Judith Ivey, Claire Foy, and Rooney Mara, carrying what is a disturbing, tragic, and amazing true story. This film gave me a chance to really dish the details, and discover the messages that women roles and roles for women offer life in very important ways. So much to chat about, I wish it was a roundtable discussion for this movie! Join me!
Note: I said in the opening it was January, but this CFC was recorded on February 8, 🙂
